Richard and Jennifer Naponelli bought a one-bedroom, one-bath condo at 505 N. Lake Shore Dr. in Gold Coast from Fran L. Berg for $350,000 on Jan. 8.
Berg paid $355,000 for the property in Sept. 2005. The 1,100-square-foot Unit #1606 is part of the 70-story Lake Point Tower development, which was built in 1968.
