The two-story home was built in 1984. It is located in the Lincoln Central subdivision.
Elsworth is an attorney at Steven B. Pearlman & Associates as well as an independent contractor with Fox Development Corp. He previously served as an associate at Deloitte and at Thomson West.
He attended Washington University in St. Louis and the University of Michigan.
According to BlockShopper.com there have been 988 sales in Lincoln Park during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $444,000.
