Robert and Nicole Blazejowski bought a three-bedroom, 1.5-bath home at 6685 N. Sioux Ave. in Edgebrook from Lawrence and Eleanor Kilcran for $580,000 on May 18.
The 1,944-square-foot house was built in 1939.
Mr. Blazejowski is a partner in the litigation department of Jenner & Block LLP, where he is also a member of the complex commercial litigation, real estate and construction litigation, and bankruptcy litigation practices. He previously served as an extern to a U.S. district judge for the Northern District of Illinois.
He received his J.D. from the John Marshall Law School in 2001 and earned his B.S. from Indiana University in 1996.
The Blazejowskis also own a condo at 732 S. Financial Place in the South Loop for $340,000 in Sept. 2003.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 79 home sales in Edgebrook during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $410,000.
