Ross and Grace Pillari have listed for sale a five-bedroom, 4.5-bath home at 625 Bowling Green Court in Naperville for $2.25 million.
The Pillaris paid $800,000 for the property in July 2003. The 6,394-square-foot home was built in 2005 in Greater Cress Creek. It is located in the Cress Creek subdivision. William White of Re/Max of Naperville is the listing agent.
Mr. Pillari is president and CEO of BP America Inc. He is also a group vice president of BP LPC in London. He serves on the board of The American Petroleum Institute, The Chicago Symphony Orchestra, The Foreign Policy Association, and The Alliance to Save Energy. He is also a member of The Baker Institute Energy Forum.
He is a graduate of Case Western Reserve University and the Stanford Executive Program.
The Pillaris also sold their home at 408 Abrahamson Court in Naperville for $2.2 million in June 2006.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 1,722 home sales in Naperville during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $335,000.
