Snapp serves as partner in the Chicago office of Winston & Strawn, where he practices in the areas of appellate practice, health care fraud, white collar criminal defense and consumer fraud defense. Prior to that, he worked as law clerk for the Hon. Bruce D. Willis of the Minnesota Court of Appeals.
He earned his B.S. from St. John’s University and his J.D. from the University of Minnesota.
