Two leases were completed at 3815 S. Ashland Ave., Chicago. Green Textile LLC leased 8,800 square feet to meet their growing expansion into the Chicago market. Colin Green and Matt Rogatz, SIOR, of Chicago Industrial Real Estate LLC represented ownership, and Steve Aaronson of Camins Tomasz Kritt represented the tenant. In addition, Green and Rogatz brought Quality Pallet Inc. into 8,200 square feet at the 3815 S. Ashland Ave. building.
Appliance Warehouse & Distribution relocated their operation to the Combined Warehouse building at 4800 S. Central Ave., Stickney. The lease was for 10,500 square feet. Another Chicago Industrial Real Estate lease completed in the 4800 S. Central Ave. building was for 8,000 square feet to IndustRecycle LLC. Green represented IndustRecycle.
A 9,114-square-foot lease was completed at 2535-39 W. Maypole in Chicago between Brennan 3507K LTD (owner) and McKinley Design LTD. (tenant). Rogatz and Megan Meyer of Chicago Industrial Real Estate represented ownership, and David Fulton of Garrett Realty represented the tenant.
In a recent sale, Brennan 5419K LLC purchased the 3,000-square-foot one-story property from Joseph Specialle located at 2349 W. Grand Ave., Chicago. Brennan purchased the property for possible relocation and said that location, price, and transportation were the determining factors in the purchase of the property. Meyer represented the buyer, and Chuck Chiponis of Garrett Realty represented Joseph Specialle.
Previously in 1,500 square feet, The Billet Spot Inc. company recently expanded into the 5,000-square-foot space at 5320 W. Grand Ave., Chicago. Cesar Alvarez of Chicago Industrial Real Estate brought the tenant to the building he’s representing.
