The 1,508-square-foot house was built in 1958.
Ortanez is a server operations analyst at Mayer Brown LLP, a law firm based in Chicago. Previously, he was an NT administrator with the firm.
He attended the University of Illinois-Chicago.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 68 sales in Edgebrook during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $427,500.
