Paul H. Scheuerlein and Melinda S. Faber have listed for sale a five-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 825 Grey Ave. in Evanston for $575,000.
Scheuerlein and Faber paid $465,000 for the property in Sept. 2004. The 2,858-square-foot home was built in 1951 in the West Evanston neighborhood. Janice Hazlett of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage is the agent for the listing.
Scheuerlein is a partner at the law firm Gaido & Fintzen. He also serves as counsel to a running specialty retailer in the Chicago area. He previously was with Cantwell & Cantwell, where he worked for 23 years, ultimately serving the firm as a partner.
He received his J.D. from Syracuse University.
