A lawyer and his wife, a manager at Motorola, have bought a home in south Barrington.
Christopher and Shilpa Dely bought the five-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 312 Eastern Ave. for $517,000 on July 12.
Prior owner Kathy Segall, with Alan Segall, bought the home for $222,500 in 1993; she took full control of the home four years later.
The 2,033-square-foot house was built in 1967.
Christopher Dely has been a staff attorney at the Wildman Harrold law firm, which has offices in Chicago and Beverly Hills, Calif.
His focuses include asbestos litigation.
Shilpa Dely has been a product portfolio manager for Motorola Mobile Devices.
