The 1,376-square-foot home was built in 2006 in the Kilbourn Park subdivision.
Ms. Weingrow is a general counsel at Xerox Capital Services, a provider of specialized financing and servicing programs.
She attended the Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law.
Ms. Yitzhak is a member of the faculty at the Ida Crown Jewish Academy in Chicago.
She has a B.A. from Stern College and an M.A. from Bernard Revel Graduate School.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 300 home sales in Irving Park during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $210,000.
