Mr. Ramsey paid $690,000 for Unit #2 in April 2007. The 1,840-square-foot house was built in 1892.
Anderton is a lawyer in Chicago. He is also licensed to practice law in California.
He earned his J.D. from the University of Southern California Law School and his B.A. from the University of Michigan.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 318 home sales in Bucktown during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $391,000.
