The 2,775-square-foot bungalow was built in 1929 in the Northwest Oak Park neighborhood.
Mr. Vanderwoud is a lawyer with his own private practice in Oak Park. He specializes in counseling corporate clients on the real estate aspects of merger and acquisitions and on the negotiation of office and retail store leases.
He earned his B.B.A. from the University of Michigan School of Business Administration and his J.D. from the Chicago-Kent College of Law.
