Odea and Gordon paid $1.13 million for the property in Dec. 2007. The 2,446-square-foot home was built in 1991.
Hadesman is a senior account executive in the Chicago office of Edelman, a full-service global public relations firm. She previously served as a communications associate at Council for Responsible Nutrition.
She attended Indiana University-Bloomington.
There were 865 sales in Lincoln Park in 2008, with a median price of $446,000.
