Richard and Jennifer Naponelli bought a one-bedroom, one-bath condo at 505 N. Lake Shore Dr. in Gold Coast from Fran L. Berg for $350,000 on Jan. 8.
Berg paid $355,000 for the property in Sept. 2005. The 1,100-square-foot Unit #1606 is part of the 70-story Lake Point Tower development, which was built in 1968.
Mr. Naponelli has served as an associate at Madden, Jiganti, Moore & Sinars LLP, where he specializes in tax law, estate planning, estate administration, business and real estate transactions.
He earned his J.D. from Loyola University and his B.B.A. and M.S.A. from the University of Notre Dame.
Mr. Naponelli is a school nurse at the Catherine Cook School, a preparatory school serving preschool through eighth grade in Chicago. She previously worked as pediatric nurse at the Children’s Memorial Hospital, specializing on asthma, critical care, oncology, bone marrow transplant and post anesthesia recovery.
She earned her B.S in nursing from Lewis University.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 579 condo sales in Gold Coast during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $350,000.
