Trading firm partner spends $2.75M in Old Town

Colby and Linda Lamberson bought a six-bedroom, six-bath home at 1314 N. La Salle St. in Old Town from Roger Luri for $2.75 million on Jan. 6.

Mr. Luri, along with Christine Luri, acquired the property in Jan. 2006. The 4,214-square-foot house was built in 1890.

Mr. Lamberson has been a managing partner at the Consolidated Trading, a trading firm headquartered in Chicago.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 226 home sales in Old Town during the past 12 months, with a median price of $267,000.
