A total of 765 homes have been planned for the gated community built by Pulte Homes. Capitol Series ranch duplex homes are base priced from the $150s. There are also two series of single-family homes, the Americana plans, base priced from the $210s and the Heritage homes, base priced from the $290s. The six decorator single-family model homes have been updated and are the focus of the celebration.
The event is free and open to the public.To visit Shorewood Glen, take Interstate Highway 55 to the U.S. 52 exit. Go west on U.S. 52, to Del Webb Boulevard. Turn left and follow the signs to the model parks. The sales center is at the single-family model park.
The sales center and decorated models are open Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
